Need to Return An Item?
Unused, non-defective merchandise, parts and accessories may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for exchange or refund. If you have any questions, please call our toll free number (877-289-1417). We will need to know the purchase date of the item, the reason for return, and your name and order number. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt so that you will be credited the proper amount. Return shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility. Trike Shoppe, LLC will refund shipping costs of any merchandise sent in error.
Return of Electric Bicycles, Recumbent Trikes and Adult Tricycles
If any electric bicycle, recumbent trike or adult tricycle purchased from Trike Shoppe, LLC proves unsatisfactory, you may return it (using the same shipping materials) within two weeks of the delivery date.* You will be charged 10% of the purchase price of the electric bicycle, recumbent trike or adult tricycle and we will refund the balance of the bicycle, recumbent trike or adult tricycle, less any damage assessments, to you. You will be responsible for freight charges both ways. We will refund half the price of any accessories used during the two-week test period.
* This guarantee only applies to US residents in the contiguous 48 states. Return guarantee applies to in-stock configurations only. Highly customized, modified and/or special order electric bikes, recumbent trikes or adult tricycles are not returnable. Accessories purchased with your electric bicycle, recumbent trike or adult tricycle are returnable for full value only if unused and uninstalled. Due to Federal regulations, our shipper cannot pick up from a residential address, so your returned electric bike, recumbent trike or adult tricycle must be taken to a business address for pick up. Defective Merchandise?
In the unfortunate event that you receive a potentially defective item, please contact us before sending the item back. Call our toll free number (877-289-1417) or email our sales department at steve@trikeshoppe.com.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, immediately notify us before returning the item so we may contact the shipper. All parcels are insured and the shipper's policy is to send a representative to your home to inspect the damage and packaging. Remember to keep your original packaging!
