If any recumbent trike purchased from Trike Shoppe, LLC proves unsatisfactory, you may return it (using the same shipping materials) within fourteen days of the delivery date. Until March 31, 2010, we will refund all of your recumbent trike purchase price to you, less any damage assessments. You will be responsible for freight charges both ways. We will refund half the price of any accessories used during the same two-week test period.

* This guarantee only applies to US residents in the contiguous 48 states. Return guarantee applies to stock configurations only.  Highly customized or modified recumbent trikes are not returnable. Accessories purchased with your recumbent trike are returnable for full value only if unused and uninstalled. Due to Federal regulations, our shipper cannot pick up from a residential address, so your returned recumbent trike must be taken to a business address for pick up.  This satisfaction guarantee policy applies only to telephone orders, because we want the opportunity to work with you, the customer, to ensure that your needs and desires have the greatest chance of being satisfied with the recumbent trike you've chosen.
